Due to health and safety regulations, opened food products cannot be returned, but we are happy to address any quality concerns immediately.

Return Process

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our tea masters inspect the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
